Its a very wise decision , I was a shame that civilised people could write such hatefull Emails . Wat ever the decision is at the court I will alway's respect the way the stopvt7 group has fighted for their rights and for the invitation on this website
For those of us not living local, this site is the only credible source of info on JCC progress. Can you please post the translation or just a quick synopsis of the nature of the outcome of the recent Rayong Court decision? Thank you!
StopVT7... I couldn't understand why your translation wasn't posted as promised. So I called View Talay management yesterday and they said that VT7 WON THE COURT CASE and JCC lost! Now for payback time;-) I expect a huge countersuit for lost money and revenues to VT7 from the few JCC bandits who conspired to twist the law to serve their purposes. They are probably scrambling to get out of the country as this is being inked to avoid that impending lawsuit against them...;-) JUSTICE HAS PREVAILED!
JCC StopVT7 is looking at a lawsuit of hundreds of thousands for impairment/obstruction of the VT7 construction schedule! You will not be able to squirm out of this, even with mr know-it-all's statements above. Did you really think there would be no repercussions for your devious activity? No one is immune from the Law even though it is obvious your band considers yourselves above the Law.
I don't know hwo you are, but you sound so .... . Let us wait wat the courts decide and respect the others . I am not an investor or the owner of JCC . I only follow wat the Thai courts are doing . If I see Justice I will invest in Thailand if not I keep my money where it is en rent a house .

I have been told stopVT7 lost the case and it is over. I suppose he could appeal but the case is so weak it is hopeless. We are showing as much respect to stopVT7 as he has shown to others. You do not think the ex-mayor, his ex-lawyer and others are not considering litigation?

DON'T SHOW YOUR LACK OF KNOWAGE ABOUT THE THAILAND ADMIM COURT STEYEM. VT7 CANNOT SUE THE STOPVT7 GROUP.
